Employment Verification

UMMC provides the Experian Verify service for employment verification for employers, banks, mortgage companies, and social services. Click here to access the Experian Verify website. 

The Experian Verify service is updated daily to ensure information is current. The service includes all current employees and employees who separated on or after 01/01/2018.

Employment Verification Letters: The Experian Verify service provides employment verification letters. Employees can create a free account to access these features (and more) on the Experian Verify website. UMMC employees may visit the HR Service Center folder within the HR section of the Intranet for instructions.

PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness): Visit Experian Verify to generate a completed employer portion (page 2) of the PSLF form instantly. Once you have the employer portion of the verification form, you can visit the Federal Student Aid Website to upload your documents. UMMC employees may visit the HR Service Center folder within the HR section of the Intranet for instructions.

Other Employment Verification Forms: Financial aid programs or other forms requiring additional information may be emailed to HRVerify@umc.edu or faxed to (601) 815-0476. The HR Service Center will complete the employer certification and return the form(s) to your UMMC email within 3 business days.
